I forgot my password / I want to change my password

All good! Follow the instructions below and you'll be back in Groov in no time. 

1. In the app, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link. 

2. Enter your email address and click on the ‘Reset your password’ button. 

3. When you receive the password reset email, click on the ‘Reset your password’ button.

4. Sometimes our password reset emails can end up in your email's SPAM, Promotions or Updates folders, so check these if you don't immediately see it.

If you can't find the email anywhere, click on ‘Try again’ in the app.

5. The ‘Reset your password’ button in your email will take you to a web page to set your new password. 

7. Click on the ‘Set New Password’ button. 

8. All done! Once you've successfully set your new password, return to the appclick on ‘Sign in’ and use your new credentials.
